The Workbooks
The workbooks are an important
part of the program and are designed to teach students new letter names,
sounds, and words found in the exciting stories on the CD-ROM. Each
succeeding workbook and stories on the CD move at a slow and thorough pace
necessary to ensure a successful overall reading and writing experience.

The workbooks are carefully designed and progress slowly,
clearly, and systematically from lesson to lesson.
A mastery test is located at the end of each workbook
and represents all new sounds and vocabulary taught in the book. It is
a realistic and dependable way to evaluate the child's progress in learning
the new words.
